Nutritional Foodie was born from my newfound vegan lifestyle and my overall l o v e for good food (hence the foodie). Here you will find delicious plant-based recipes, including healthy eats and drool worthy sweets. I truly believe in balance when it comes to food and healthifying (if that’s even a word) recipes to make them as guilt free as possible.
Overall, I don’t follow a specific diet or trend, rather I try & focus on fueling my body with wholesome and seasonal ingredients. My goal is to use these ingredients and create super delicious and simple plant-based recipes to share with you. I want you to feel confident and excited to get in the kitchen!
The beautiful Medford, Oregon is my home (born and raised) and I’ve always been inspired to live a healthy & somewhat domesticated lifestyle. Aside from cooking & eating I enjoy any form of working out, practicing yoga, spending time with my little family (Brady & our lab Khaleesi), watching documentaries, traveling and almond mylk lattes. I am the least picky person (at least I think so) you will ever meet and enjoy trying yummy plant-based foods and products for inspiration.
I have never felt more love and gratitude for my body, plants, animals and our Earth. My hope is to inspire others to adapt or integrate a plant-based lifestyle by showcasing how easy, super fun, rewarding and delicious it truly is.
