HAPPY first day of Fall friends! This is TRULY my favorite season. The weather cooling off, leaves changing colors, lazy football Sundays, the beautiful produce and of course PUMPKIN everything. I thought it was fitting to post the first pumpkin recipe of the season today. I give you incredible five spice pumpkin quinoa granola.
It’s the perfect combination of sweet + spice. A medley of oats, quinoa, pecans, pumpkin seeds & coated with pumpkin + maple syrup + coconut oil + coconut sugar and the magic ingredient – five spice. Serious golden crunchy cluster heaven. I love you Fall.
But seriously you guys, the five spice takes this granola to a whole other level. That’s why it’s incredible.
